The complaint in this matter was filed on July 13, 2016 [docket No. 2]. Summons and
complaint were duly served upon Defendant Warren Steed Jeffs on July 19, 2016 [docket no.
18]. No answer or other pleading has been filed by Defendant Jeffs, as required the Federal Rules
of Civil Procedure.
Therefore, upon request of Plaintiffs, default is hereby entered against Defendant Warren
Steed Jeffs, as provided in Fed. R. Civ. P. 55(a).
