(1) It is currently intended that the Condominium will include 17 Visitor Parking
Spaces to be used exclusively by visitors of residents as more particularly set out
in the Disclosure Statement that accompanies this Agreement. We refer you to
the said Disclosure Statement which provides that the Visitor Parking spaces are
separate and apart from the contemplated approximately 99 Commercial Parking
Units which will be owned by the Old Mill Restaurant for use by its patrons
which will be located on P1 and P2.
(2) The building will include a gas spine service. Purchasers who wish to have gas
appliances or where applicable gas services to terraces or gas fireplaces, shall have
the option for an additional charge to connect to the building spine service in order
to obtain individual gas service to their units. Such gas supply will be separately
metered and charged directly to the unit. Where indicated on the plan, a fireplace
is an option for an additional charge.
