Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE
This act may be cited as the Immigration Act of 2016.
SECTION 2. FINDINGS
Congress hereby finds and declares that,
1) Countries such as Mexico have strict and enforced immigration laws that are swiftly carried out compared to ours which
keep foreign nationals such as Mexicans and put Mexicans first
2) Countries such as Mexico only allows in foreigners who will be useful to Mexican Society
3) An estimated 14 million illegal immigrants are currently in the United States with the number increasing each year.
4) Sanctuary cities make it more difficult for the government agencies to properly deal with illegal immigrants who
commit a crime
5) A majority of the illegal immigrants in this country are people who overstay their visas
6) Crime tends to overall be higher in communities where a large immigrant population is present
7) Immigrants take advantage of the system
8) Policies put in place by states protecting illegal immigrants make it difficult for government workers to do their job.
9) In many cases illegal immigrants have equal standing to citizens
10) Countries such as Mexico state that foreign born, naturalized Mexican citizens cannot become federal lawmakers or
serve in any form of major government.
SECTION 3. STATUTORY LANGUAGE
A) The Immigration Act of 2016 shall state that any illegal immigrants and undocumented workers who overstay their
visas will be swiftly deported upon commitment of any crime. Any existing policy regarding the safe keeping of such
persons such as sanctuary cities will be swiftly abolished and states will adhere to federal law. Any person who is found to
not be of this country will be put in holding cell and flown or driven to their country of origin within twenty-four hours.
Police departments will be required to file and send all information regarding the number of illegals detained to the state
government, which will then be sent to the federal government. Police forces may use any force deemed necessary to
uphold the law in regard to detaining illegal immigrants. Police and government forces may search through illegal
immigrants belongings and residences without warrant without breaking any known law. The immigrants country of
origin must pay a restitution fee for having to detain and transport the immigrant. States must establish special
commissions regarding the detainment and transportation of immigrants to federal transportation centers.
B) This law shall be enforced by the Department of Homeland Security and well as a special commission to oversee
progress on the situation. Funding for this program will come from welfare programs already in place that illegal
immigrants take advantage of. A total of thirty billion dollars will be derived from such programs so that the Department of
Homeland Security is assured of ample resources to conduct such an overwhelming task.
C) Failure to do so will result in such states receiving decreased funding in programs such as education or infrastructure.
Any persons found aiding or hiding illegal immigrants will be detained and charged under federal law for which
punishment will include 5 years in federal prison and/or a $75,000 fine. This law shall go into effect January 1, 2018 and
shall expire fifteen years after passing.
