Abstract: An infrastructure management information system is designed, which uses GIS (Geo
graphic Information System) as the main platform to collect and store spatial data, and to do
management and analysis works. The technology of Internet Of Things (IOT) is used to accu
rately identify individual objects, and it can help to collect data and update the database
quickly. By integration of GIS spatial data analysis and RFID (Radio Frequency Identification),
the system can improve working efficiency and has potential applications in areas such as ur
ban infrastructure management, transport infrastructure management, and underground network
management.
