Parties agree for a room in the house known as: 76, Edgecombe Flats, Cambridge, England CB42LP (the Property). 2. The Tenant will have exclusive occupation of the designated room and will share the common parts of the property (bathroom, toilet, kitchen and sitting room). Term 3. The term of the tenancy lasts at least two months from 14 October 2016 to 13 December 2016. Rent 4. The rent of the Property is 400GBP per month (the Rent). 5. The Landlord cannot increase the Rent for the Property. Security deposit 6. On execution of this Agreement, the Tenant will pay a security deposit of 400GBP (the Security Deposit). 7. No interest will be payed on the deposit. 8. The Landlord will return the Security Deposit at the end of this tenancy, in case no damage to the property has been done by the Tenant. Care and use
10. The Tenant will keep the Property in good condition and will promptly notify any damage. 11. Tenant's guests are allowed in the Property. 12.
