RESOURCE DESCRIPTION
Padlet is an Internet application that allows people to express their thoughts on a common

topic easily. It works like an online sheet of paper where people can put any content (e.g.
images, videos, documents, text) anywhere on the page, together with anyone, from any
device. Think of it like a multimedia friendly, free-form, real-time wiki.

INTEGRATION IDEA - PRESENTATION
As with the application Prezi, I would use Padlet as a collaborative presentation for the students to use
with group assignments. In the lesson Im planning for Chaucers The Canterbury Tales, the students
would be assigned a section of the reading and have to present it to their classmates using Padlet.

teacher during a lesson (e.g., a
demonstration)

VALUE-ADDED EXPLANATION
Padlet would also be rated a 2 because it enhances the students presentation and technology abilities,
but isnt absolutely critical to a lesson that it would be impossible to teach without Padlet.
