The camp was organised very systematically in the shape of a star.

They
had a great securtiiy with walls and barbed wires. There is a central bakery
at the south end of the Ghetto. ATo the west is the central hospital nest to
the deleousing station. South of that was the Jewsih council. North of the
hospital is a park and north west of that is a workshop and a park. Near
the bakery is also a park. In the very centre is a market square. There is
also a rail road from the south.
There was:
Forced productive labour

140,000 werfe transferred, 90,000 were deported,, death in camp itself

2) What was most suprising is how nice the camp appeared to be. There was
much culture in there and seemed to be a normal living reathign town. It seemed
no different to any other town we would find. There was hospitals, bakeries,
parks, music, markets, grass, performances, lectures, libraries. We knew it was
better than most camps but not just how good it was or how it appeared to be.

3) image 1-

When redcross visited the ghetto the children appear to be very happy. They
were well ctohed and fed. This would imply that either their treatment was very
good or that the Nazi threatened them to smile.

The Jewish people were put to simple manual labour. The working place seems
very advanced in technology and condition with neatly placed machines and
clean tables. Mostly adults and seniors were set to work. They are satisfied in
their working place.
4) This camp was similar in their constant threat to deportaion and number of
deaths. The number of deathswas however much lower than other concentration
camps. It was in general however much different as you can see that their life
appeared to be much better. There was better facilities and infrastructure
provided to them and seemed to maintain a normal life.
