Use the past continuous tense appropriately;
Solve activities related to the grammar topic;

Construct sentences of their own, using the past continuous ;

The T. asks the students to write their


typical schedule on the board with their
usual everyday activities. The T. asks the
students to give examples of what they
were doing exactly at a certain time
yesterday: At 1pm, I was giving a class,
according to the model. The teacher asks
the students to use the same daily
schedule of activities and make negative
statements. A model sentence is written
on the blackboard. Then, the teacher
introduces the interrogative form of the
Past Continuous by asking them
questions about their past activities.
