Hello and thank you for your interest in Healthy Choice Vending!
Healthy Choice Vending is a Limited Liability Company with a base of operations in Rancho Cucamonga California.
The company was created to provide a healthy alternative to unhealthy snacks, food stu and drinks through the
strategic placement of our vending machines into schools within the geographical service areas where we operate.
Our goals are to place our vending machines into schools to provide a healthy choice for growing youth and to
educate through a shared curriculum that we have developed that will be funded in whole or in part by an incentive
through our giving back program.
Our Team has an extensive background in education with an emphasis on leading the charge to comply with
Californias SB-12 School Nutrition Standards. The reduction of youth obesity is a platform that is shared by President
Barak Obama and the First Lady Michelle and this platform is at the core of Healthy Choice Vending. Our vending
machines will provide healthy snacks, food stu and drinks that meet or exceed California State and Federal
standards of compliance resulting in a win/win situation for the school systems we serve as well as our company.
Healthy Choice Vending has developed proprietary relationships with companies like Healthy You Vending
Systems who will be the wholesale resource providing us with equipment, product and support that will provide
us with the necessary resources for our success. This formal presentation has been submitted to you for the
purpose of obtaining a contractual agreement to place our vending units into the locations that are under your
direct authority. Our Team stands ready to address any questions you may have and we are eager to develop a long

Our Proposal

Healthy Choice
Vending

Healthy Choice Vending proposes a contractual agreement that will authorize us to place our vending units into
the specic locations that you will approve for an initial trial period of (1) school year. During this initial rst school
year period you will have the ability to evaluate the impact our products have on the individual populations of
each school. Healthy Choice Vending will allocate 10% of all revenues generated on a quarterly or annual basis for
the implementation of the shared curriculum on healthy eating and obesity avoidance through proper nutrition.
Upon successfully completing the rst trial year Healthy Choice Vending will then seek an ongoing contractual
agreement that will continue our mutually benecial relationship. Healthy Choice Vending will stock and
rotate all snacks, food stu and drinks and maintain the vending units to ensure they work properly through a
predetermined schedule. In addition our team will remain on-call for any maintenance or stocking issue that
arises in-between our normal service and maintenance schedules.
Healthy Choice Vending will adhere to a self-imposed transparency on all aspects of our operations including the
accountability of all revenues generated by our vending units per location. Any problem causing vending unit that
cannot be xed on-site shall be removed by us and replaced with a dierent vending unit to ensure there will be
no point of sale gaps.

Healthy Choice Vending has created a giving back program that allocates to each school individually or to the
school board directly, based on preference, 10% of all revenues generated by the sale of our vending products.
This incentive is freely given by Healthy Choice Vending to implement our shared curriculum as an educational
tool that is designed as a prevention initiative at reducing and ultimately eliminating obesity in youth.

Targeted Demographic

Healthy Choice Vending will initially target the teenage High School Students because statistics indicate that
this demographic within the United States are impulse buyers. This means that teenagers in High School are less
likely to plan their meals and are more inclined to eat when they are hungry. By having only healthier snacks, food
stu and drinks to choose from these young adults will start adopting healthier eating habits.
The California Department of Educations website said there are 51 active non-charter High Schools in Riverside
County alone. Initially as a new company Healthy Choice Vending will focus 87% of our companys resources
into our primary operations in Riverside County California. We will allocate 7% of our resources to exploring
the possibility of entering the secondary service areas we will be serving in the future with 3% to exploring State
level opportunities and 3% reserved for intentional redirection. Our service areas are identied on the next page
of this presentation titled Our Geographic Service Area.

Healthy Choice Vendings supplier will be Healthy You Vending and the products below are a generalized outline
of the items that will be made available within the vending units we place. These snacks, food stu and drinks
comply with the SB-12 School Nutrition Standards for the State of California and also comply with all Federal level
standards. We will be happy to provide you with an itemized list of each item and a proposed sale price upon your

The vending units owned and/or leased by Healthy Choice Vending as shown above are 3-in-1 vending machines
that sell snacks, food stu and drinks. These units accept coins, paper money and credit/debit cards and can
easily be upgraded to accept future POS (point of sale) cards or credits specically congured for use on these
vending units. With an Employee Guard Lock system that gives employees access to load the vending units without access to the cash and coin and anti-counterfeit technology liability and risk issues are drastically reduced.

benet both the school systems we serve and the Student consumers and they are;

Alonzo Davis has over 15 years of business and operations management expertise that is complimented by a circle

As the Team Leader of Healthy Choice Vending, LLC Alonzos primary role will be in the oversight of all operations
and the management of personnel while working on the administrative side to promote and grow the business.
With a proven track record of multi-tasking eciency without a desire to micro-manage Alonzo has the ability to
ensure the success of Healthy Choice Vending through the selective promotion of our products and services within

that has been heavily involved in the California Public School system in the areas of both administration and as
educators his insight is of great value. Christopher has excelled at every sales position he has held due to his
passion for customer service that has an emphasis on complete customer satisfaction.
From front-line operations to administrative acumen that is instrumental in the areas of compliance and record
keeping Christopher is an asset as a senior management Team Leader for Healthy Choice Vending, LLC. In addition
Christopher has become uent in the operation, maintenance and servicing of the vending equipment being
purchased and leased by Healthy Choice Vending, LLC and as a result is prepared to train other Team members to
