operation of the directors office. Perform human resource duties for newly hired staff, which

credentials. Monitor payroll and assist with payroll issues with current staff. In charge of
accounts receivable/payable. Count cash and make weekly deposits. Write purchase orders and
invoices. Order items and coordinate incoming products and orders. Keep meeting minutes
from staff and board meetings. Complete EMIS data entry and AOIS documentation. Answer
telephone; take messages, and various other requests made from the director.
Assisted a third grade student with special needs. Planned directly with the special education
teacher. Implemented lessons to the student. Cooperatively work with the classroom teacher
and parents of the student.
