Fluffy buttermilk biscuits and cheddar chive biscuits


A bountiful selection of toppings presented in mason Jars
Red pepper jelly, fig jam, pimento cheese, local honey, whipped butter



Bacon Bar

Featuring bourbon, brown sugar, and teriyaki bacon, bacon bites with pimento
cheese, and pepper jelly, candied bacon with blue cheese, chipotle bacon, and
chocolate bacon, accompanied by petite biscuits


Caesar Salad Bar
Crisp chopped romaine with grape tomatoes, red onion, baby shrimp, grilled
chicken tidbits, herbed croutons, shaved parmesan cheese


Mac and Cheese

Corkscrew pasta and three-cheese sauce accompanied by bacon crumbles,


shredded smoked gouda, blue cheese, diced pickled jalapenos, scallions, broccoli
florets, and caramelized onions

Mashed Potato Bar


Garlic mashed potatoes with assortment of sides including green onions, bacon,
cheddar cheese, and sour cream. Sweet mashed potatoes with brown sugar,
pecans and toasted marshmallows
