ConmonwealthBank , 10th October Changes to Commonwealth Bank New South Wales Regional Settlements and CBD Discharge Settlements What's changing? Commonwealth Bank of Australia ABN 48 123 123 124 AFSL and Australian credit licence 234945 would like to announce that effective from 7th November 2016, SAI Global Property will attend to all New South Wales settlements and lodgements on behalf of Commonwealth Bank. This will include printing ofall bank cheques for settlement including registration fees. From Monday 7 November all settlement bookings can be made via the receipt of an SSB Key or a Ready to Book invite, these bookings can be made online or direct to SAIG. All other remaining states will continue to operate as BAU. Cheque direction cut off times apply as following; # Settlements occurring before 2:00pm ~ provide cheque directions by 10:00am on the day of settlement * Settlements occurring 2:00pm or after ~ provide cheque directions by 12:00pm on the day of settlement What's not changing? ur commitment to customer service and the wider settlement community. Commonwealth Bank is dedicated to maintaining our customer service levels through our commitment to working with SAI Global Property to ensure there is no service degradation as a result of the upcoming changes. Commonwealth Bank will continue to be the main point of contact throughout the settlement processes. There will be no change to the Certification of documentation and no change to the preparation of Discharge.
