Previous experience working with elderly residents in a skilled nursing facility.

Provide creative and stimulating activity programs to residents in a skilled nursing facility and
assisted living community.
Led scheduled and unscheduled activity to resident with multiple medical disorders including
dementia.

Transported and escorted residents to programs and activities.
Engage with residents individually as needed.
Provided discreet and professional correspondence with assorted personnel, patients and the
general public in a high influx inbound and outbound calls center while simultaneously collecting
data, preparing documents, and managing multiple priorities while maintaining effective results.
Was able to greet, assist, and direct visitors and patients as needed.
Performed daily routine correspondence, paperwork, and various clerical duties such as
documenting, photocopying, faxing, mailing and organizing filing system as needed.
Was responsible for reviewing and authenticating documents for completeness, accuracy,

Use my knowledge of telephone call handling procedure to communicate information to the caller
and refer them to the correct resource in order to receive information.
