NOTES
1.
2.
Shell and head thickness are propose value. Vendor shall check and guarantee them on strength.
The actual thickness of the pressure vessel and its associated part shall be determined using the applicable worst combination of loads
3.
Vendor shall responsible for detailed engineering of the vessel. Vendor to confirm that fabrication, inspection and testing shall follow the referenced Codes,
Standards and Project Specifications.
4.
External stud bolt and nuts shall be B7M & 2HM and Hot Dip spun Galvanized.
5.
Gasket shall be 0.175 thick, spiral wound, 316 SS Windings Flexible graphite filler SS inner & outer ASME B16.20.
6.
All internals shall be sectionalised to pass through manway for installation and removal. All internals shall be removable and bolted
to supports welded to the vessel. The max. weight shall be 55 lbs (25 kg). All internals assembly shall be completed with double nut.
7.
Painting specification for steel shall refer to project specification ID-G-BU-DD3-STS-GN-98-0002, Coating Specification for Offshore and Onshore Facilities.
8.
9.
This data sheet shall be read together with B-84567-SB-PP0-PID-ST-60-0010 and Process datasheet B-84567-SB-PP0-DSR-ST-60-0007.
10. Deleted
11. Vendor to provide all required data for MIGAS and ASME "U" Stamp certification.
12. Inspection and testing shall refer to ID-G-BU-YA1-PRO-GN-00-0003, Inspection and Testing Requirements for Equipment and Material
13. All metallic material shall be provided with inspection certificate in accordance with BS EN 10204 latest edition, pressure parts and non pressure part
shall be a minimum type 3.1 certificate.
14. All external nozzles locallized stress analysis to be performed by Vendor as per WRC 107, 297 & 537 Bulletin. The allowable nozzle load shall be as per
B-84567-SB-LLO-SPC-ST-00-0002, Specification Pipe Stress Analysis.
15. Nozzles location and orientation shall be verified by Vendor and EPCI Contractor prior to fabrication.
16. Requirement of impact test material as per Code ASME VIII. Div. 1, UCS-66
17. All pressure parts and parts directly exposed to the fluid shall comply with NACE MR0175.
18. Manway c/ w davit, cover, gasket, stud bolts and nuts to be supplied by Vendor.
19. Vendor to provide the performance guarantee of the MRU guard beds.
21. Insulation Specification shall to project specification ID-N-BU-MM0-STS-GN-00-0002 Standard Specification Vessel and Piping Insulation.
22. Vendor shall inform and verify actual weight, shear & moment data information and by calculation.
23.
Vessel shall be internally clad with 3 mm (min) SS 316L. Nozzle, flange and fitting shall be minimum weld overlay, if weld overlay cannot be applied for
nozzle, flange and fitting with size 3' and below then solid SS might be used with approval from company.
24. Vendor to provide typical P&ID complete with design requirement for proper start - up, normal operation & upset condition of the package.
25. Flowrate already includes 10% design margin. Vendor to consider minimum owrate of 0.1MMscfd which is the condition of seal gas supply
for one compressor train running.
26. Corrosion allowance 1/16" (1.6 mm) shall be provided on backing material for nozzles with an alloy clad or overlay.
27. Minimum 2 inch radius semi circular drain hole 180 o apart shall be located at bottom vessel skirt to base ring. This drain hole to avoid water ponding inside skirt.
28. Vendor Shall provide anchor bolt template for construction purpose.
29. Size of PSV nozzle will be finalized during EPC Stage.
30. Vendor to check and advice the possibility whether the chemical reaction at the catalyst may produces sulphuric compound. Vendor to select mercury guard bed
material that would minimize that possibility of producing sulphuric compound that could enter the process gas stream.
