advantage of not carrying them for long by making them heavier.
1 x Pumpkin Gnocchi + Flat bread
1 x Tuna fillet casserole
3 x Fresh Meals: These are early enough on that we can carry fresh ingredients
before destroying our digestive systems with dehydrated food.
1 x Chicken stirfry with hokkien noodles
1 x Couscous salad with salami or ham and fresh veggies
1 x Carbonara
3 x Spare meals: these will most likely be either excess dehydrated meals, pre made
freeze dried meals or basic couscous/pasta packets.
We will pack four (2 per meal) spare flavored couscous packets, one extra
vegetarian dehydrated meal and a couple of back country cuisine meals sam has left
over. These will all be suitable for a fire ban as they do not need to be heated up to
cook.
Snacks
Licorice, pretzels, dried fruit, nuts (check group dietaries), museli bars,
Cup-a-soups will discuss with sam, could be good to have a couple a week
Tea-bags, hot chocolate sachets
