Firstly, discuss one aspect that YOU feel you did very well. Try to analyze
why you think it worked well and what hints you would share with other teachers
about the successful strategy/ resource/activity/management style etc.

Before I introduce the number, I introduce the pictures first, and I let them
count and guess what the number we will learn today.
This strategy helped me when I said we would play a game and they were
like "yes" and I let them think and guess from the begging of the lesson.

Also, when I introduce it before the activities I let each one of the students
participate and let
them come to the board and solve some activities.

Secondly, elaborate on the aspect identified by YOU that requires attention.


Discuss what the problem was, why it occurred and what action you intend to
take to be more successful in the next lesson.

I try to learn a new song for transition, and I use it then I notice that they
don't help me in transition and they were keep playing in the learning center.

Then I try to sing that song that the teacher use and I close the light, they
were cleaning up.

Personal focus for next lesson:


Use the teacher strategy, because its better than use a new strategy and
they will not follow you.
