Reflection: Technology is continually evolving in our world today, and kids are becoming more and more attached to it. For us, as educators, to be
able to take something like technology, implement it into our classroom, and reach our kids on their own level, it is truly amazing. There are so many
different ways that technology can benefit our students in and outside of the classroom. It is not only helpful for the kids, but it is also helpful for
teachers, as I feel we will be able to get more done in class. If we reach out to kids on their turf and use materials that they are attracted to and enjoy
using, I think that we will create a more successful learning environment and students will be more interested in the work that needs to be done.
Having them use technology to complete different assignments is a great way to get technology into our schools, and it can really be used in all
content areas in multiple ways. It just takes a little bit of planning and thinking to get the ball rolling at first, and then the ideas kind of just flow right
out of you!
