Management structure

Rito Air Conditioning & Refrigeration is a

wholly black owned service provider which
was registered in 2006, with a view to enter
the service industry, to provide a professional
service as well as to provide the previously
disadvantaged individuals with a vehicle
to facilitate economic and professional
empowerment.

The company is 70% female and 30%

male and employs five qualified technicians
on a permanent basis, and engages other
nonpermanent employees on a contract
basis during peak season.

Vision
Rito Air Conditioning and Refrigeration strives
to achieve sustainable profit and growth by
providing its clients with on-going quality
service. Rito also aspires to empower all of
its employees in order to add value to the
South African economy and help ease the
current problem of unemployment.
Our vision is to contribute positively to our
disadvantaged communities and to aid, not
just financially, but in skills as well.

Partners
It is the policy of Rito Air Conditioning and
Refrigeration to form an integrated multidisciplinary team with the most appropriate
skill and proficiency brought to a cost
effective and time effective conclusion.
The company has been sub contracted by
Climatron Air-conditioning (a leading supplier
and installer) to service its clients in and
around Gauteng. This partnership has really
given us the exposure in the marketplace
and has also assisted in our growth and
experience.

How we work
Installation:
We believe in providing a hassle-free service.
All you have to do is get in touch with us
by email or phone - or ask us to come to
you and or give us the size of your room/
office space and well quote you for an air
conditioner thats perfect for you.
Contract maintenance:
We will visit the site, check how many
air conditioners you have and design a
maintenance contract that is perfect for your
equipment and environment. Contracts are
drawn up for a minimum of 12 months, and
thereafter, can be extended for a period that
suits you.
Our service plan offers a great preventative
maintenance solution to improve system
resilience, maintains higher system
performance, alleviate break downs and
prolong life span of Air conditioner.

their practicals. This is done in conjunction
with their studies as they need to combine
theory and practicals in order to qualify for
graduation.

We source students on merit. They need

to be disciplined, hard working, honest
and self-motivated. We do orientation and
induction and introduce them to Health
and Safety aspects. The training is divided
into two modules: In-house training and
fieldwork. This gives them the opportunity to
apply what they have studied into real work
environment. This is a one year internship.
