Sometimes, as we know, stress can make us
feel angry.
Other things can make us feel angry too.
We have talked about different emotions like
frustration and excitement and how we can share
those emotions in a good way.
Today we are going to talk about the
emotion called anger.
Think:
First, I want you to think quietly to yourself
for 30 seconds about this question.
How do I feel when I get angry? For
example, one way I feel when I get angry is my
face feels hot.
Pair:
Then, have the students get up and walk around
the class like an angry person (without using our
voices).

Say FREEZE and have people find someone


close to them to talk to about how they feel when
they get angry.

Do you think it is a bad thing to feel angry?
It isnt! We all feel different emotions every day,
but what is important is how we deal with those
emotions!

own with their partner and write it own on a blue postit note to do next activity next day.
