Lesson Introduction
Whole group activity: Time: 15 Minutes
Opening/Introduction:
Warm Up:
Remind students of phoneme (p) and how to say it.
Ask the students to stand up and sing phoneme (p) song and do
its action.
Review phoneme (p) words.
Lesson Introduction:
Show the students phoneme (p) flashcard that is designed by
sticks and read it for them.
Write phoneme (p) on the white board.
Ask some students to come and write phoneme (p) on the
white board.
Ask students to write phoneme (p) on their small white boards.
Active Engagement:
Phoneme (p) worksheet:
Some students will have a paper that has numbers and they will have to
match the numbers to form (p).
Phoneme (p) tracing card:
Some students will have phoneme (p) tracing card to learn how to write
the phoneme.
Find P's lowercase and uppercase worksheet:
Some students will have a paper that has different phonics and they will
have to find the uppercase and lowercase of phoneme (p) and circle it.
General Comments
I think that my lesson was successful because I achieved my learning objectives and I did multiple activities that
the students enjoyed also the activities developed different domains in the students. Furthermore the activities
helped me deliver the lesson easily also it helped the students to understand and acknowledge how to write the
phoneme.
