II. DECISION (Participant) Set-up
Configuring internet-based decision transfer for the participants
Each decision team (FIRM) is given a separate user id and login. Using this login, the
participants login to their home page.

1. Go to www.industrat.com

2. On this page, click Go in the Participant section. Enter the username and the
password.

(This user credentials will be provided to you by the INDUSTRAT

Development Team). The participant is now taken to his / her home page.

3. Download and install the DECISION program.

4. Copy the Start Code to the clip board (memory).

Note: This Start Code is unique for each FIRM
5. Start the Decision program.
6. Click the Start button.

7. Copy the Start Code from the Decision home page.

8. This success message confirms that the Decision program has been correctly
configured.
9. This completes the set-up for the decision program for the firm.
