Green Tech Sdn Bhd began in January of 2016. It was developed to recycle the material that we
use daily and focus on Grendor (green vendor) product. Green Tech Company emphasizes
product using green technology that can save our environment and is able to give profit to our
consumers.
As our company needs to provide quality good of product with good services to customer, Green
Tech Sdn Bhd will attain our objective which is we will always strive for continuous
improvement, incorporate, innovative, technology and environmentally friendly in our
commitment to create value in our wide variety of product and service. By doing so, we commit
ourselves to bring ultimate enjoyment for the consumers for a better lifestyle and environment.
Here, we are introducing our first product namely as Grendor. Our company believes that a
strategic marketing plan starts with clearly defined business mission.
Our commitment to customer service and satisfaction assures us that our customers are 100%
satisfied with our product and service. It is focused on this particular niche market. Industry
Company including their staff and worker, Study institution including their staff and student,
Airport Company including staff, worker and tourist uses our product for their responsibility to
save the environment. Besides, one more things about special importance in this field of
marketing is research and development as the level of competitors and customer in order to keep
pace with modern trends and analyze the need, demand and desires of customers. As this product
is design with specialty by considering the users convenience.
Our management team is made up of General Manager, Marketing Manager, Operation Manager,
Financial Manager and Senior Engineers manager. There is a combination of multiple years of
leadership experience and some various educational focuses including engineering, accounting,
finance, management and marketing. The strength of the management team lies in varied skill set
and personal attributes including commitment, creativity and thoroughness. Otherwise, for the

INTRODUCTIONS TO THE COMPANY

Company background

Green Tech Sdn Bhd is organized as a private limited company among the five members, holds
by Wan Mohd Syarifuddin and Ahmad Syafi in developing a new and impactful technologies and
our main goal is to implement these technologies in products that seamlessly integrate with your
life. We are competing in the recycle industry. We will be located at the Section 16, Shah Alam
which is the capital city of Selangor and accessible location for public. Our company date
registration is 2 January 2015.

Industry Profile

The recycle industry started over 30 years ago. The founder and CEO, Scott Kuhnen, set out to
make recycling (a relatively unheard of thing back then) not just something to consider doing,
but something people wanted to do. Scott started by erecting a simple, wooden roadside
newspaper deposit bin. Since those humble beginnings, their company has worked tirelessly to
fulfill that original vision and as a result have become one of Californias largest and fastest
growing recyclers. Even with all the growth weve enjoyed, there still pride their selves most on
the foundation they were built on honest, friendly and dependable service. This industry will
make our product has potential to grow up over the world.

Grendor Smart Raya
The grendor is a special machine that can receive the recycle material to convert into money.
This machine can receive 3 types of recycle materials. The materials are plastic bottle, paper and
aluminum can. This machine also combines with vending machine which the recycle material
also can convert into the water can with the same cost of the recycle material.

The worlds nowadays are facing the global warming. So the people keep searching the option to
reduce the global warming. From this we make the option to the world to reducing the global
warming. Furthermore, this vending machine adopting recycling concept in place which
becomes an attraction like in bazaar Ramadan and open house. After that, the factor is to
reducing total rubbish and solid substance that want to be written off in festive season
and give facility user to change material that want to be written off with money or token to
buy drinking water from the Grendor Smart Raya machine.

Future prospect of the business

In the future we want to produce many machine or gadget that base on the green technology that
can save our world. We will take this business into international import and export. So the people
over the world can save the world by using our product. Other than that, this machine need to
improves and widen at the material storage box part for recycling material in this machine.

PRODUCT OR SERVICE DEVELOPMENT

Product/ Service/ Technology Overview

The Grendor Smart Raya is a special vendor machine which in addition to do a recycle the any
of item and also can buys a drink in the same time. It utilizes the electric energy effect to give the
supply. It separate to two ways. Firstly, it can use it to buy a drink. For buy a drink, it uses the
sensor to detect the money and drop the drink to the customer. For to drop the drink to hole that
we provided is use the motor DC to make sure that drink will go down to the that hole we
provided. For buy a drink is similar like another vendor machine but is having a advantage in
recycle item. Secondly, this Grendor Smart Raya can recycle some item like any type of paper,
can, box, bottle and plastic. The main electronic material that uses to run this part is sensor,
motor DC and storage to keep the recycle thing. The sensor will detect any object from customer
thru it into the hole. After that, have a money changer will count the item and give the money to
customer. The sensor will separate the thing divide the storage that we provided. It also uses the
sensor to detect if the storage is full of item, then the maintenance our company will go and
collect it.

Core Technologies

For this product, need to use many of core technology. The mainly is GSM (Global Specially
Mobile) system. It function is to sent the message to the maintenance of the company to take off
the storage if it is full with object. Another technology is PIC (Programmable Integrated
Circuit) , it is function to control the recycling item and to give the money to customer. All
program will use the PIC. After that, this product mostly uses the sensor for to move the motor
DC to open the storage in this product.

Current Development

Our current development can be easily interwoven with other media and marketing activities
such as events, exhibitions, surveys, marketing material and advertising in a clear and cohesive
format, uniting to become part of a synchronized, integrated campaign. The events that we have
organized are beverage day collaboration with industrial and university. We also conducted
exhibitions during technopreneur carnival day and survey to public about the suitable
temperature for beverage and method that they prefer to warm up or cool down beverage.

Promotion. From this method we would see a clear target to market wise our product.

maintenance our company will go and collect it.

count the weight the item and customer will get a cash. This product guaranteed safety and can
be used by anyone and anytime they want.

relevant to our product that we sell and the word green and vendor machine indicate the
uniqueness of our product compared to the other product in the market nowadays.

Grendor is the machine with a good material for a safety to customer. The technology of this
machine does not danger to children. This product has been program and It will running by the
coding in this machine. This product is durable to all customers.

We offer to user a unique, functional, safe, heavyweight and easy to use product. We protect the
product during storage and transit. The packaging also comes with product instructions, to make
sure the instructions are clear and will not be accidentally torn when the consumer is removing
the product.
Quality
We assured the customer the high quality of our product. We guaranteed to function without any
error since we have tested it many times. The technology we used in our product is really
advances.
Warranty
We give the customers 1 year warranty. If there is any defective within those one year warranty
then the customers can return back the product and get a new replacement or money back
guaranteed. This warranty is good for the original retail purchaser only, and is not transferable.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligent use, use contrary to the operating
instructions, or disassembly or repair by anyone other than our panel.

We choose a penetration pricing for our pricing strategy which is when our product are launched
we will be doing a promotion for first year giving the customer a lower price. Within that first
year time, if the sale is increase and our product is in demand and reach market share then we
will increase our product to normal price. This will be done so that we will able to compete in the
market by placing effective price on the product and services.

There are various reasons of the location chosen. Firstly, its the distance and duration to suppliers
of raw material. Our main suppliers are F&N Beverages Marketing, Longchamp Components
Suppliers, Feruci Ltd Design and Manufacturer. F&N is located at Jalan Bukit Belimbing, 26/38
Persiaran Kuala Selangor Section 26 which is the distance is 8.5 km and the duration is 18
minutes. It goes the same for other companies.
The other reason is there are no competitors within our premise location. Besides that, the
facilities provided near the office are easily accessed. Facilities such as parking lot, ATM
machines, are just a walking distance from our premise. There is also convenient store nearby
and also a mobile police station located near to our premise to make our premise safer. The
location also is near to main roads where we find that this is an opportunity to promote our
service to people.
