Petition the Supreme Court of Florida, in forma pauperis, for a writ of mandamus.

The Florida Supreme Court waived filing fees for Neil J. Gillespie in Case
No. SC14-1637 by ORDER entered November 24, 2014. The Order is attached.
3.
The Florida Supreme Court waived filing fees for Neil J. Gillespie in Case
No. SC15-1145 by Docket Entry of 06/19/2015. The Docket Entry is Attached.
4.
The Florida Supreme Court waived filing fees for Neil J. Gillespie in Case
No. SC15-1897 by Docket Entry of 06/19/2015. The Docket Entry is Attached.
5.
The financial condition of Neil J. Gillespie is materially the same today as it
was in Case No. SC14-1637, Case No. SC15-1145 and Case No. SC15-1897.
