Robust Portable Cutting solution

ESAB Portable CNC cutting machine is
specially designed for semi-automatic cutting,
delivering excelling cutting performance at low
cost. The machine does not take fixed
machine room and can be moved easily by 2
persons. The controller is equipped with a
USB interface for transferring CNC codes to
the controller. The machine is suitable for use
for both Oxy-fuel as well as Plasma cutting.
The Plasma station is equipped with the
automatic torch height control. The controller
has an inbuilt shape library of 24-type
patterns, extensible and customizable,
including the common machining parts. The
other important features of the controller are
break point restoration, automatic power-back
recovery and automatic breakpoint memory.

Portable CNC - Plasma

The Portable CNC Plasma machine is suitable

for use in mechanised mode with either
ESP101 or Power-cut 1300 plasma power
source with PT-37 Torch. Portable CNC
plasma is suitable for cutting of carbon steel,
stainless steel and aluminium alloys.
The PT-37 Plasma torch initiates the arc with
blow back mechanism, thereby eliminating the
effect of high frequency interference.
The Plasma station is equipped with automatic
arc voltage torch height control, which ensures
optimal cutting height especially while
negotiating bends in the plate.

The CNC controller is equipped with Industrial

ARM7 CPU and has a 7 colour LCD display
for improved visibility. The machine has 13
channels for input and 8 channels for output
with optical isolation for improved operator
safety. Free memory of 32MB is available for
storage of customised programs in addition to
an inbuilt library of 24 parametrable shapes.
The USB interface of the controller allows easy
transfer of programs.

has a motorised vertical carriage for torch updown movement. The machine has automatic
controls for activation of cutting oxygen flow
