Dear Senators,
Is a Senator acting to their full capacity one who holds the responsibility and
wisdom as an elder of society, sitting in to gate keep and guide society in the
reaching of higher truths? Truths that serve all equally, without favour. Do they
call to society to rise to the higher true good?
Which poses the question is this the intention of this inquiry?
We have boundaries and limitations (one of which we call terms of reference)
to the inquiry and I wonder are these boundaries already a cap to what could be
achieved? Could these designs be employed by some to prevent reaching the
truth of the root cause of the matter?
To be aware that such designs could be exploited in an attempt to white wash or
silence those who are being affronted, those calling this ill to our attention, while
the inquiry is masquerading the intent to deal with the matter in full, is a concern.
The current travesty in the denial of natural justice (unfortunately essentially a
nice term for institutionalized corruption and criminal activity) in the medical
complaints process in Australia is not limited to the few medicos who are
prepared to speak out and not cower to the real pressures (self-evident by the
anonymity and scarcity of the submissions for a condition that is in epidemic
proportions, this could be considered as proof in itself of the reality of the
condition and what the inquiry is seeking to understand) of what is in essence
a modern day inquisition that is being presided over by our health regulatory
bodies with the backing (and unseen direction) of those in their self-serving
(excuse the directness but this is the sad truth), comfortable positions of power;
this affront, this corruption, this intimidation results in the lessening of the care
and an abuse that flows to all our citizens. We are all suffering more than one can
imagine under this corruption.
The above stated is the obvious, in your face, white elephant in the room fact. A
perusal of the Health Professionals Australia Reform Association website and the
posted presentations of the delegates at the inaugural national conference will
confirm this with zero doubt.

Thus my original question in what is the intention of the inquiry, leads to the
question; is anything less than a royal commission a form of a cover up?
The extent of the damage is greater than the obviously perceived damage that
has occurred to the bullied doctors and their families and the sub-standard, dare
I sadly say criminal, egotistically driven patient care decisions made by selfinterested and corrupt medical practitioners and the administrators of the
organizations they are representing. It in fact goes to a much, much grander
method of control and insult upon society.

Where we have systems that dictates what is truth such that that truth may only
be so if it supports the self interest of those few who are to gain, we have the
dark ages. The persecution of those who dare to advance mankind with truth
that is to the detriment of the interests of the self serving rulers.
This unfortunately has become the way of conventional medicine with the
ownership and supremacy of evidenced based medicine, evidence that is
clearly evidence that is generated to feed the pockets and the reputations of the
few at the expense of the many.
My submission to the inquiry is that the Health Regulatory Authorities act
consciously or unconsciously as agents and puppets (and beneficiaries) for those
self-interested individuals, parties and organisations in order to gag any who
dare to expose truth when it may compromise the status quo that the current
corrupt system supports them in.
Is medicine a vehicle which has become a system that financially and morally
exploits humanity in order to line the pockets of ruthless profiteering
businessmen and women and the organizations they control?
If profit is our main motivator, explain to me how this supports best health care
practices? To believe so is an engrained monumental self-lie that we are
currently arrogantly and ignorantly suffering under. Corporate greed can never
equate to true care in health services, or in any service for that matter.
The corruption within the medical complaints process in Australia is simply a
symptom of this fact, accordingly the limitations of the terms of reference and
the limitations of a Senate inquiry can unfortunately treat only minor symptoms
of the systemic disease that exists here. An interesting revelation that goes to the
essence of this dilemma, in that the same foundational anomaly lies with this
inquiry and with conventional medicine.
The approach of conventional medicine, being symptom alleviation, self serves
greed driven multinational corporations who deliberately with full awareness
rape financially and morally in supplying services void of the intention to
address the true cause of illness and disease, thus the perpetuation of the
symptom based, profit generated model as attested to by the perpetual growth in
illness and disease rates.
This is controlled and maintained through the dominance of EMB and enforced
by our Health regulatory agencies with their power to punish those who dare to
question the ill-founded status quo of the current EBM system.
While we allow the fundamentally flawed evidence based medicine to continue
to enforces its arrogant dominance over our health care at the growing exclusion
of modalities that do not fit its model, we are doomed to its spiraling costs and
are excluding the search for the true cause of illness and disease. It is simply not
in the model nor in the interest of conventional medicine to answer this question.

This is the true and monumental essence of what this inquiry is scratching the
surface of! This is the extent of the bullying.
EBM and its representatives (the disciplinary boards and all organisation that
financially, or from status, benefit from its self appointed bullying supremacy)
currently stand as the police and the benchmark for all other health modalities to
be judged against. To reiterate the grand fault here lies in the fact that EMB is
foundationally flawed on multiple levels, including the fact that the evidence
used in conventional medicine and deemed as the gold standard is in itself false
and in addition, it is a model that does not look to heal illness and disease, its
model is to alleviate symptoms only, never to address the cause, and thus the
spiraling financial, physical and emotional costs to society of this inherent
corruption.

Abstract
Objectives To determine whether parachutes are effective in preventing major
trauma related to gravitational challenge.
Design Systematic review of randomised controlled trials.
Data sources: Medline, Web of Science, Embase, and the Cochrane Library
databases; appropriate internet sites and citation lists.
Study selection: Studies showing the effects of using a parachute during free fall.
Main outcome measure Death or major trauma, defined as an injury severity score >
15.
Results We were unable to identify any randomised controlled trials of parachute
intervention.
Conclusions As with many interventions intended to prevent ill health, the
effectiveness of parachutes has not been subjected to rigorous evaluation by using
randomised controlled trials. Advocates of evidence based medicine have criticised
the adoption of interventions evaluated by using only observational data. We think
that everyone might benefit if the most radical protagonists of evidence based
medicine organised and participated in a double blind, randomised, placebo
controlled, crossover trial of the parachute.

Common sense and the experience and inherent wisdom of the individual has
been overridden in its worth and considered irrelevant unless backed by the
huge expense of the foundational flawed, self interested and corrupt randomized,
double blind, placebo controlled blah, blah studies that are EMB owned and
funded by the self-interested multinational companies.

Our right to express truth is what is being suppressed, for fear of persecution by
those who maintain untruths as truths in society for their self gain. The
inquisition is alive.
Has the time come for government to take the control of medicine back from the
greed of corporation and once again return medicine to that of true care? Or will
we wait further until we are financially and morally crippled by its oppression
and are forced to act from our knees?
This I ask of my Senators. And perhaps this is a question our senator could ask of
the people?

On a personal note, in providing detail of significance in the culture I have

personally and directly witnessed, in being the subject of investigations of our
heath regulatory authorities on two occasions.
The first resulted from an anonymous submission, where subsequently the
identity of the complainant was discretely revealed by the investigator as

unannounced commando type raid, disruptive of patient procedures) was
initiated out of retaliation. In addition my experience with the authority on this
occasion was not one of impartiality, it was evidenced that the position of
supremacy of the authority and its representatives were not to be questioned as
to their fallibility or retaliation in the form of further investigations would be
employed.
The second incident was one where a patient who had an unfounded gripe with
an organization I was involved with personally, made a claim (subsequently
completely cleared) against me in an attempt to discredit myself so as to act as
an attack on that agency through my involvement with it. The time periods for
response to the claim imposed by the health regulatory authority was not
considerate of a normal clinicians schedule, and created considerable stress.
Senators..
Have we here an opportunity to initiate a correction in what has become a great
ill in the fabric of society, an ill that is exampled by the imposed supremacy of the
foundationally flawed EBM and those it selfishly serves, a theme of imposed selfserving supremacy our history has attested to for eons at monumentally
devastating consequences to each one of us, an ill whose theme has infused and
infected all aspects of society and its systems?
Has a great opportunity been posed for us to embrace, one to begin the initiation
of the dissolution of this control that plagues society, of our right to speak and

live truth free from fear of persecution and return to our innate ways of care and
love that yearn at the core of our very beings?
Will the history books remember this time as a turning point where it witnessed
the re-emergence of truly great men of humanity who rose to the call and to
service for all in truth?
Are we once again to witness the Winston Churchills, the William Wilberforces
and the Abraham Lincolns of the world, could this be our Senate? Can we have a
true Senate, a Senate free from the supremacy it says it seeks to investigate and
thus eradicate?
Only then do we have a true Senate inquiry.
I entrust with you, that we may rise to embrace this offered opportunity and thus
begin to clear the oblivion of this seemingly endless status quo of supremacist
corruption.
