Summary of Topic:
The seminar started with giving us honest input about what we do to reach our
goals and build our future. Aside from providing us ideas about things to consider in
landing interviews like resumes, dress code, answers to interview questions, and personal
goals, they also help us evaluate ourselves with a clear perspective and help us see the
control we have over a job search. The second part of the seminar was headed by an
Engineering graduate from Mapua Institute of Technology. He shared to us his strategy
and his ways in achieving his successes. He also gave us ideas like the much-needed
assessment and exploration of skills, abilities and career interests and also shared to us
the opportunities in achieving these like skill-based courses from TESDA.
