PROMISSORY NOTE

I, Bernard K. Baluyot Jr., hereby acknowledged that I did not meet the
minimum requirements set on the course ChE Equipment Design, did not
meet some of our objectives in our study which required testing result from
the third party, and that I have only passed the subject due to considerations
given to me by our professor.
Furthermore, I understood that this will be the last and no more
considerations will be given upon me on the next course ChE Plant Design.
Hence, I hereby promise to meet the minimum requirements on the latter
course to the best of my knowledge and skills in order to rightfully pass the
subject.
