Taking advantage of Nagano prefecture's natural energy resources, Shinshu Renewable
Energy Network is formed by citizens, social organizations local companies, universities,
and governmental agencies etc., as an open and flat platform for Nagano prefecture,
aiming to establish regional-driven renewable energy project models.
