EMPLOYMENTVISA

ReQuirementsfor Emplovment Visa processinQ:

To begin preparing for processing the employment visa from your side listed below are some of
the requirements to help you get started.

A passport valid for at least six (6) months, with at least two (2) empty visa pages adjacent to
each other.

Two (2) recent passport size color photographs with a white background. The photographs
must be a full-face view in which the visa applicant is facing the camera directly. Side or
angled views are NOTaccepted.

A completed application form filled in with black ink pen or printed. Application forms can
be downloaded from the website: www.saudiembassv.net) or obtained directly from the
Embassy or Health office. Please include your email address on the application if available.

A certified and notarized copy of the applicant's university degree or diploma, which MUST
be validated by the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission in the country where the degree or
certification was obtained. Degrees and diplomas need to be notarized by the Saudi
Consulate:

A "No Objection Certificate" from the previous employer, if the applicant has worked in the
Kingdom before. This applies only if the last employment in the Kingdom ended within the
last three (3) years.

Three (3) copies of the embassy medical report and lab results, along with three (3) passport
size col or pictures with a white background. This medical report must be completed by a
licensed physician who must sign each copy and must certify that the applicant is free of
any contagious disease. The signature, license number and address of the physician should
appear on each copy. Medical reports should be recent. Any tests conducted more than
three (3) months before the submission of the visa application will be returned. (Please
check for instructions from the Embassy or He;ilth Office before obtaining the Medical
Report as these can expire if done too far in advance_)

A recent police report, with detailed information about applicant's criminal record, if any.

Visa reQuirements for Dependants:

Dependants over 16 years of age will be required to submit a Medical Report

Note~ when processing your employment visas in North America, Western Europe, Egypt,
India and Philippines you will need to contact the Saudi Health Office attached to the Saudi
Embassy to facilitate the visa processing. All other countries you will need to contact the
nearest Saudi Embassy. Also please note that some countries require the candidates to
utilize a visa processing agency.
