Material and Piper betel L is extracted by maceration method using ethanol 96% test of inhibition is done by using the disc diffusion method using disk blanck, samples were divided into five groups each group has been given a betel leaf extract with 2%, 4%, 8 %, 10% and 20% and control while the indicator parameter is measured by attendance zone of inhibition, then the data were analyzed with SPSS 21. Based on the results of One Way Anova analysis indicate the value of p = 0.000 (<0.05) that the betel leaf extract can effectively inhibit the growth of the fungus Candida albicans. Candida albicans fungus cultures size will be decreased with increasing levels of concentration betel leaf extract Keywords: Extract Piper betle L, Acrylic denture, Candida albicans
