This course is based on the book Preparatoria abierta Ingls I that is focused on grammar. It
promotes the correct use of grammatical rules. In the whole book, there are examples,
explanations, and exercises related to different tenses. This book is written in Spanish
language, all the instructions and explanations are in Spanish.

Validity: This test is based in the topics that the students saw in classes. Those topics are related to level 1
of English.
Difficulty: This test is not too easy for them, but also it is not too difficult because they already saw this
topics.
Reliability: This test had a piloting with other people from the same level but from other class.
Applicability: The students are familiarized with the type of exercises of this test and they are
familiarized with the topics. Some of the formats they knew them in class and other in the book.
Relevance: In the test are exercises related to the most meaningful thing about each topic.
Replicability: This exam can be applied in other group of this school because the other students have the
same level of English and they are seeing the same topics.
Interpretability: As a teacher I am going to give the results in a scale of 1 to 10.
Economy: The number of copies is 6, one per students.
Scoring: if the ss get a 5 correct the grade is 5 if they get 6 correct the grade is 6 and so on.

6. REMEDIAL WORK PROPOSAL


In the class I observed the teacher barely uses English, and students have some difficulties to
understand what the teacher said. This is a Basic English level, so they are not able to
understand instructions, explanations, etc. For this reason, I based my vocabulary test on basic
concepts which are verbs.

7. GENERAL CONCLUSION
According to students results the tests for them was successful. At the time of applying it
students did not have difficulties to answer and comprehend the instructions and the content. I
could notice it because they did not ask about anything related to the test.
