Academic information about the topic:
Work-related stress or stress at work is a kind of stress typical of industrialized
societies, in which increasing pressure in the workplace can cause physical or
mental saturation worker, generating several consequences that not only affect
their health, but also their nearest environment

Work stress appears when environmental demands exceed the individual's ability
to address them or keep them under control, and can take various forms. Some
frequently symptoms are ranging from irritability to depression, and usually are
accompanied by physical exhaustion and / or mental.

Students interpretation:
The stress level in the workplace increases nowadays due to many factors the
main factor is the stress that employers transmit to their employees when the team
goals are not reach many of these employers dont have work-life balance thus
they make feel employers more irritated and of course instead of being a win to win
situation gets to be the most exhausting quality of life.

In real life examples, when you get to work and your managers are stress and they
are workaholic they demand for thinks faster, they make you feel you need to do
things better and over charged your tasks, making your day harder and more
difficult to deal with even with your co-workers.

You cant control everything in your work environment when youre stuck in a
difficult situation, whatever your work demands or ambitions, there are steps you
can take to protect yourself.
Get the full amount of sleep you need to feel
Get up and dont sit for more than an hour
If you dont that maybe you can suffer of irritability depression and physical
exhaustion or mental.
