Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji, menganalisis dan membuktikan secara
empiris pengaruh profesionalisme kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap efektivitas
pelayanan kesehatan pada Rumah Sakit Jiwa Kendari.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 69 orang yang merupakan
perawat kesehatan. Teknik penarikan sampling adalah secara sensus yaitu semua
populasi dijadikan sampel yaitu sebanyak 69 orang. Metode analisis data yang
digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Profesionalisme kerja berpengaruh
positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas pelayanan kesehatan pada Rumah Sakit
Jiwa Kendari; (2) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap
efektivitas pelayanan kesehatan pada Rumah Sakit Jiwa Kendari; (3) Profesionalisme
kerja dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas pelayanan
kesehatan pada Rumah Sakit Jiwa Kendari.

The purpose of this research is to study, analyze and to test empirically the influence
of Work Professionalism and Work Motivation toward the Effectivity of healthy
service in mental hospital of Kendari.
Population in observational it is as much 69 person that healthy nurse. Sampling
pull tech is census ala which is all population be made by sample which is as much
69 person. Analyzed method data that is utilized analyzed Multiple Regression .
The result of this research indicated that : (1) Work Professionalism has also
significant and positive influence toward the Effectivity of healthy service in mental
hospital of Kendari; (2) Work Motivational has also significant and positive influence
toward the Effectivity of healthy service in mental hospital of Kendari;(3) Work
Professionalism and work Motivational simultaneously having for significantly and
positively toward the Effectivity of healthy service in mental hospital of Kendari.
