CASE #1

It is said that humans are better than animals since humans have a
conscious; they can distinguish between bad and wrong. For instance,
murder is considered morally wrong, but even though we are aware of this,
people are still dying in war. Wouldnt that reinstate the fact that even
though we have a conscious, we do something we know it is wrong we are
animals. Even worse, we are evil. Lieu states that the actions the U.S. is
making will eventually backfire since they are morally incorrect. Since they
are immoral, the U.S. tries to justify themselves in order to make it seem (for
them) morally correct. They support the collision with the purpose of ending
the madness but by doing so, they are fighting fire with fire.
Knowing this, I understand why Yemen is being pushed by the hands of
extremists, since they have no other choice than to leave it to the hands of
anything that would create an idea of hope.
