Why do the rules of engagement and rules of negotiation change by having an

out vote?

That’s the crucial part the CONservative Party and PM May and Borris didn't
state.

They are useless when part of a team even more useless now because we have
Borris poking and laughing at the EU Members and saying things they will
never agree on.

Basically if we go off how PM May and Borris sold the out vote on Brexit this is
what would actually happen?

So if we don't negotiate which has been sold as we would have zero imports
and zero exports.

We would have to be 100% self-sufficient.

No oil or gas or bananas or even Pringles that supposedly cause Cancer.

We would have no trade period in place.

This is how this has been sold by the CONservatives.
