By paying the tuition fee you confirm the offered place. You will therefore receive an invoice for the fee for the first semester. The tuition fee must be paid within 3 weeks at the latest. ‘The Swedish Migration Board will only start processing your application for a student residence petmit once the tuition fee payment has been received and processed. This procedure can take 2-3 months. You will need the following when you apply for a residence permit: Your Letter of Acceptance, a valid passport 2 photos, a bank statement in English, showing that you have your sufficient funds to support yourself for the whole study period (approximately SEK 8o o00 per academic year).
