Role :
1. Research Manager - Individual contributor role
2. Insights Director - Team handling role
Key responsibilities
Working on various customized end to end projects
Responsible for the entire research process of coming up with a proposal to
preparing the report and presentation of the same to the clients
Responsible for designing questionnaires, field brief notes and other field materials
and also overseeing fieldwork to assure quality data to the clients
Responsible for complete project management- coordinating with different stake
holders in the research process for timely delivery of reports to the client
Analysed large data to generate consumer insights as per the requirements of the
client
Responsible for providing actionable business solutions.

Skills set required

Proven knowledge of market research (Consumer Insights)

Proven skills in team management and leadership

Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships

Proven skills in the development of business

Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills

Excellent command of English, both written and verbal

Job Description:
Online Site Vendor Panel Handling e.g. Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal etc.
Handling Customer queries through Email and Calls.
Daily order Management and Dispatch
Managing and updating Inventory regularly
Manage Product Listing and Pricing
Able to converse and write in English fluently.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word required.
Prior online portal work experience is added benefit.
Complete understanding of the policies of returns, penalties and disputes is
important.
End to end order handling - Right from placing the order till final delivery and
satisfied feedback from customers
Graduation in Computer, engineering or technology related studies (For technical
and IT product sales)
Strong Communication skills with strong business related knowledge.
The ability and desire for sales job with a confident and determined approach.
Highly self motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
Should possess the skill to work both in team and also perform independently.
Should be capable of thriving in the competitive markets.
