ePorfolio Reflection
This semester as a class we went over Excel, Word and Power Point and
enhanced our skills in these areas. I learned so many things that allowed me to fill
the gaps in my self-taught knowledge of the three. Some new things I learned how
to use on word is found in the Reference Tab. In general, I hadnt really used this tab
at all in the past and have found that I was working very manually to get the work
down I could have completed automatically with little more time for set up. For
example, I learned how to use the Bibliography (works cited) and how to cite my
sources automatically using the citation reference. This alone was the biggest help
in my mind and gave me more of a will to use Word to complete more serious life
works whether professionally or personally as well as extensively in school. I also
feel much more comfortable and excited in using Power Point and Excel for the
things I learned in this class and will continue with my Business Degree by taking
the next course CSIS 2010 in the Spring 2016.
