Scott Schwaner Captain America

This year marks 36 years in Professional Yachting for
Captain Scott. His extensive cruising experience includes
Europe, Asia, USA and the Caribbean. He enjoys
chartering, and has been very successful in creating
successful campaigns to build a strong charter following.
His ability to create a 5 star hospitality environment has
resulted in an abundance of repeat bookings and a loyal
following that has joined him from yacht to yacht. Thanks
to his unique background and experience he is qualified
and able to provide leadership and management in all
onboard departments, creating a positive and highly
professional atmosphere, while motivating and retaining his crew.

Manuel Diaz Gaedechens Chief Officer Chile

Manny is originally from Chile and has been in the boat related
industry for the past 15 years. He holds a MCA Chief Mate ticket and
currently working towards his masters.
Manny is also a PADI Dive Instructor and speaks Spanish, English
Italian. Manny loves diving, free diving, horseback riding and a good
history book. Manny can be found around the decks, ensuring you
have the most enjoyable and safe time on board M/Y MiM.

Erno Bradenhorst Bosun South Africa

Erno was born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa. Growing up
next to the sea Erno developed a great passion for fishing, surfing
and sailing. Before Yachting, Erno worked with his father building a
company specializing in custom Wooden frames for advertisers. In
2012 Erno decided to try and pursue a career at sea which led him
to join a Super yacht in Italy. Erno has been working on various
Yachts in the Mediterranean ever since. He is currently working
towards his OOW ticket, and hopefully, becoming a Captain himself
of a large Super yacht one day.

Chad McGee Deckhand South Africa

Chad, a South African, comes from the coastal city of Port
Elizabeth. He has nurtured a love for the ocean from an early age.
His preferences for partaking of the oceans pleasures include
swimming, surfing and diving.
As an individual he has travelled, studied and worked extensively.
He has a masters degree in environmental management, a PADI
D.M certification and has an enthusiastic interest in just about
everything.
Having practiced Yoga for many years he adapts a level head to
life.
Chad is personable an always keen to help.

Zayntana Jonsson - Chief Stewardess South Africa

Zayntana comes to us after growing up on a picturesque
Strawberry farm in the Drakensberg Mountain Range of South
Africa.
Zayntana thought shed embrace her dream to travel after
completing her Honors degree in International Marketing
Management, and having worked in Sales Analysis and Marketing
for an International Steel Merchant.
Zayntanas dream to travel has become her career. She prides
herself on ensuring that along with her crew, magical holidays and
memories are created for all on board M/Y MiM, drawing inspiration
from diverse, beautiful scenery, cultures and nationalities. Her interests include diving, hiking,
watersports, mountain biking, running and a developing a passion for interior design.

Jennifer Bardwell 2nd Stewardess New Zealand

Born and raised in Auckland, New Zealand, Jennifer heard of
Yachting while working on Hayman Island, a private 5 star resort on
the Great Barrier Reef, Australia. Following her love of sailing,
travel and adventures Jennifer has served as a Stewardess on
vessels from 25meters to 62meters both Sail and Power. She has
logged well over 40,000 nautical miles sailing the waters of the
Caribbean, Mediterranean and Asia.
On her off time, Jennifer enjoys horseback riding, snow skiing,
diving, photography and interior design. Traveling to different
regions, Jennifer loves to experience the local foods and new
cultures. With her 10 years of Yachting experience, Jennifer looks
forward to serving you aboard M/Y MiM helping to ensure your stay
is memorable.

Caryn Clarke 3rd Stewardess South Africa

Caryn is from East London, South Africa.
She spent a lot of time along the rural Wild Coast diving and
fishing. In 2012 she gained a masters degree in Environmental
Science and worked as an environmental consultant before joining
the yachting industry as a Stewardess. Her passion for travel and
the ocean is what tore her away from her previous career. Caryn
is a qualified PADI Rescue Diver and enjoys scuba diving
whenever the opportunity arises.
Her other interests include being active in the gym or outdoors,
cooking, painting and experiencing the cultures of where her
travels may take her
