Read the HBR Case Evans Food.

The case analysis should address the following:
1 Examine the three options provided in the case and state the option which you
would choose for Evans Food and why.
2 State the short term and long term outcomes of the option you have chosen
3 Identify the Top 4 marketing objectives that Evans Food should pursue. Sequence
them in order of importance.
4 State two strategy models/ framework that may be applied in effectively analyzing
this case

Instructions for Stage I:

1. In the previous editions of socratix, the evaluators apart from looking at the content
have also focused on structure and presentation of the submission. Problem definition,
objective statement, analytical rigour and innovative approach have also been taken
into account during evaluation.
2. Maximum team size is limited to two members from the same participation group.
There are 7 participation groups WR, ER, NR, SR, MR, KR and Offices at CO,
Sewree & Maker Towers.
3. Entries (Case analysis including Annexures) should not exceed a limit of 1200 words.
This will be taken into consideration during evaluation.
4. While submitting your entry, kindly mention the Team No. in the header eg. Team
No. 136 in the header, such that it appears on every page of the analysis.
5. All entries should be in the form of Microsoft Word document. The size limit of the
document should not exceed 2000 KB.
6. Entries for Stage I should be uploaded on or before 31st August, 2016. Refer steps
below.
7. Entries that do not follow the aforesaid timelines would not be considered.
8. The decision of evaluation panel and organizing team shall be final and binding.
9. Top 50 Teams will proceed to Stage 2.

Click on http://bpwebapps/event_registration/register.aspx
Click on Upload Document. Browse and upload the case analysis
After you click on Upload, you will be able to view the message

f. Click on Upload Document
g. Click on Browse and then Upload the Case analysis
h. After you click on Upload, you will be able to view the message
