) is the owner of the trademarks, copyrights, words, names, marks, logos,
designs, and emblemslisted in
Section3below(collectively,
HiRezIdentification
).HiRezgrantsyouthe
limited righttoreproduce anddisplaytheHiRezIdentificationontheconditionthatyoufollowthetermsand
conditionsbelow(collectively,
Guidelines
):

1.
IdentificationGuidelines.

a.
The HiRez Identification may only be reproduced and displayed (i) in connection with
activities specifically approved by HiRez in writing and (ii) when the applicable HiRez documentation
associated with that activity (the
Applicable Policies
) specifically reference your right to reproduce and
display the HiRez Identification pursuant to these Guidelines. For example, a fan website, community
eSports competition, or noncommercial gameplay video uploadedtoYouTube are all permissible uses of
theHiRezIdentificationpursuanttotheseGuidelines.

b.
YoumayreproduceanddisplaytheHiRezIdentificationfornoncommercialpurposesonly,
except as otherwise permitted by the Applicable Policies (which may, for example, allowyouto monetize
certaincontentthroughadvertisingrevenuestreams).

c.
TheHiRezIdentificationmayonlybeusedinconnectionwithhighqualitymaterials.

d.
You must use the appropriate trademarksymbol(,)listedbelowthefirsttime thateach
HiRez trademark appears in your material(e.g., SMITE).Afterward,continued use of the symbol within
thesamematerialisunnecessary.

e.
You shallprovide credit toHiRezStudiosbyusingtheappropriatecreditline(s)associated
withtheHiRezIdentificationthatyouuseasfurtherdetailedbelow.

f.
You acknowledge that HiRez has aparamountinterest in maintainingandprotectingthe
image and reputation of the HiRez Identification, HiRez, and its products and services. Therefore, you
understandandagreethatyoushall
not
do,orpermitanythirdpartytodo,anyofthefollowing:

i.
Reproduce or display HiRez Identification with modifications otherthan to adjust
the overall size of its appearance. For example,altering HiRezIdentificationina waythatconfusesHiRez
oritsgameswithanotherbrand,game,orcompanyisexpresslyprohibited.

ii.
Reproduce or displayHiRezIdentificationinapluralorpossessiveformprovided,
however, you may reproduce or display HiRez Studios in the possessive if and when the context is
appropriate.

iii.
Reproduce or displayHiRez Identification oranyother confusingly similar marks,
words, names,designs, emblems,orlogosonanyconsumerproducts,including,withoutlimitation,apparel,
toys,collectibles,accessories,furniture,etc.

iv.
Reproduce or display HiRez Identification in conjunction with your name or any
othertrademarkortradename(e.g.,AcmeGlobalAgenda).

v.
Reproduce or display HiRez Identification in a way that is deceptive, harmful,
obscene,or disparaging to others, orwhichinfringesorcausetobe infringedHiRezs rightswithrespectto
HiRezIdentification.

vi.
Reproduce or display HiRez Identification on websites containing content or
advertisingassociatedwithpornography,gambling,orillegalactivities.

vii.
Reproduce or display HiRez Identification in the domain nameof yourwebsites
URL.

viii.
Reproduce or displayany eSportslogos,designs,emblems,orotherassets unless
youhavesignedanagreementwithHiRezthatprovidesyouwithpermissionstothecontrary.

ix.
Seek to register any trademark, service mark, trade name, or other indicia
consisting of or incorporating any of the HiRez Identification, or variations thereof, for any product or
service.

x.
Reproduce or display HiRez Identification in a manner that, in HiRezs sole
opinion, isunlawful,misleading,defamatory,obscene,infringing,tortious,disparaging,abusive,orotherwise
objectionableorinappropriate.

xi.
Commit any act that represents or has the effect of representing that HiRez
manufactures, distributes,sponsors, approves,licenses,orisinanymannerassociated and/oraffiliatedwith
youoryourproductsandservices,unlessotherwiseauthorizedbyHiRezinwriting.

2.
AdditionalRestrictions.

a.
If you use HiRez Identification, whether in whole or in part, you are acknowledging that
each and every element of the HiRez Identification is and shall be the sole and exclusive property of
HiRez, and that you will not in any way interfere with HiRezs rights in and to the HiRez Identification.
Further, you understand and agree that nothingcontained in these Guidelines shall granttoyouand right,
title,or interest in the HiRezIdentification, and thatanyand all use byyouoftheHiRezIdentification,and
thegoodwillassociatedtherewith,willinuretotheexclusivebenefitofHiRez.

b.
HiRezreserves theabsoluteright,initssolediscretion,torevokeyourlimitedrightsatany
time, for any reason or no reason. Furthermore, if you reproduce or display HiRez Identification,youshall
follow any styleguides provided byHiRez on its websites,assuchstyleguidesmaybemodified from time
totime(including,withoutlimitation,these Guidelines),andshallinclude theappropriateapproved creditline
andlegendonallsuchmaterialsyoucreate,publish,orotherwiseuse.
