SECTION 3. Rights
3.1 Every member enjoys and has the privilege to vote.
3.2 It is the right of every member to discuss freely and openly all
issues pertaining of the Organization.
3.3 A member, who is a MAPEH Major, has the right to run for a
position for the officers in the organization for as long as
he/she has the qualifications enumerated in Article IV and
Article V of this Constitution.
3.4 It is the right of every member to choose the committee of
his/her preference as long he/she can prove that he/she is of
great help to the group he/she chosen.
3.5 Every member has the right to partake with the benefits given
by the Organization.
ARTICLE IV
SECTION 1.
SECTION 3. Vice-President
3.1 Take over the function of the President whenever his/her
officer is vacated by reason of absence, resignation, expulsion,
death, physical or mental disability.
3.2 Assists the president in the planning and execution of the
activities undertaken by the Organization.
SECTION 4. Secretary
4.1 Record and keep minutes of meetings.
4.2 Acts as the custodian of all the records of the organization.
4.3 Reports the minutes of the previous meetings at the beginning
of the present meeting.

SECTION 5. Treasurer
5.1 Be in charge of the Financial accounts of the organization.
5.2 Be in charge in all collection of funds.
5.3 Keep the records of the organizations funds.
5.4 Submit financial reports at the end of an activity and at the
end of semester.
SECTION 6.
Auditor
6.1 Examine and verify the accuracy of the financial statement
prepared by the Treasurer before it shall be forwarded to the
President for Approval.
6.2 Keep a record of the income and expenses of the organization.
6.3 Present the financial statement of the organization to the
body.
6.4 Perform other activities assigned by the higher officers.
ARTICLE V.
OFFICERS TENURE
SECTION 1. All key officers of the organization should be MAPEH majors.
SECTION 2. The officers shall hold officer for one school year.
SECTION 3. Any elected officer may hold any position in other organizations as
long as he/she would not neglect his/her duties to the organization.
Except for the President and Vice-President. Otherwise, he/she
would be replaced with other competent members.
ARTICLE VI.
MEETINGS
SECTION 1. Board Meetings
1.1 Board meetings shall be held once a month upon the
discretion of the Executive committee.
1.2 The officers may call emergency meetings from time to time
as may deem necessary.
SECTION 2. Body Meetings
2.1 Regular Body meetings shall be held every last Friday of the
Month.

COMMITTEES
SECTION 1. Executive Committees
1.1 The president shall chair the committees with the VicePresident as his/her member.
Executive power of the organization is vested upon the

Shall take charge of the Implementation and execution of the
1.3 laws, policies rules and the regulations formulated by the
organization.
1.4 Shall act as the advisory body of the organization
recommends activities, or project may seem necessary.
1.5 Shall mandate the members of the Organization.
