Ive been talking the managers Number bussinesses and reading the survey
about the future of management. And what Im going to present in this seminar is
few ideas about how activities likely to change in the next ten years.
IT isnt a scientific theoritical analysis. Just some ideas for us to discuss.
One area I want to mention is Bussiness markets. And Im sure its really significant
development. Will be a major increase in competition with companies from all
around the world try to sell similar products. Consumers will have much more
choice. For instance, food products sold in Australia might be manufactured in USA,
China, Finland and dozen of other countries.
At the same time, .. take over means that goverments are actually losing power to
major global co-operations. We can probably all think of companies great deal of
influence. Which may be good for consumers.
A third point I want to make about the markets. Is that rapidly expanding economies
such as India China Brazil and Russia. Demand is growing very fast. This is putting
pressure on resources all over the world.
I think bussinesses are becoming more open to external in fluences. In particular,
companies are consulting costumers more and more before making their bussiness
decisions. Companies are finding out what they want in providing it. Instead of
making products and then try to sell them which is the module of years ago.
Another influence is thats concerned about the environment. For many factories to
extend product lives cycles to reduce amount of pollution and waste. And in some
cases, regulation will need to be strengthened.
Many societies are much more fluenced it in Demoncratic and structure of
companies is changing to reflect that.
I think were going to see a greater emphasizes within companies on team created
with specific projects in mind. And when its completed, the team will be dispanded
and new one is formed.
More and more people see works simply one part of their lifestyle and not the most
important one. And the workforce is string in some countries. Bussinesses are
having to compete for steps and steps being able to choose among a lot of
applicants.
Typical examples will attract and retain staff or traditional one like flexible hours and
something thatve been made possible by advanced technology remote working.
With people base it home approach or almost anyway they choose.

Management styles almost certainly continue to change. Senior managers were

required a lot more efficiency that theyll needed. Above all, they need great skills
and leadership so that their organization can initiate and respond to change in a
fast moving world where they face a lot competing requirements and potential
complex. In most of the world, the senior managers are lot businesses and mainly
minimum 50 and 60. The dominant style of management will almost certainly
become more consultative and collaborative, costs .Above all by more women
moving into senior manager positions, Many of changes are influenced by
developments in wider economy. The traditional emphasizes of business was
manufactoring and of course service sectors are very important.
But we should overlook the growing financial contribution of IP. That is
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. Some books and films generate enormous some from
sales related DVDs, music, games, clothes and so on.
Another point Id like to make is that although Ive been talking about companies,
one trend that we have to face is move away from people working for the same
employers per year. Instead, more and more people are becoming self-employed to
gain freedom and control over their lives. Thats unlikely to get from being
employed.

Idea. I suppose Thursday would be alright because she has swimming on Friday.
OK. Got that. Because of parentswork. We do offer flexible start and finish time. We
open 6:30 in the morning until 6 oclock at night. What time do you like your
daughter to start?
I need to get to work in city by 9. So I drop her at 8:30. Its pretty close to city here
so that gives me plenty of time to get there.
Thats fine. We also need to assign which group shell be in. We have 2 different
groups. And divide it up regarding to age. Therere green group which is for 3 to 4
years old. And the red group which is for 4 or 5 years old.
Shes quite mature for her age. And shes already write her name.. a little.
Well, Ill put in the red group. And we can always change to th green if there are any
problems.
That sounds fine.
Ok. Lets move onto meals. We can provide breakfast, lunch and dinner. And shes
finishing pretty early she wont need dinner. Will you give her breakfast before she
comes?

Yes. So she only needs lunch.

Now. Does she have any medical conditions we need to know about? Does she have
asthma or any hearing problems for example.
No but she does need to wear glasses.
I make a note of that.
Shes pretty good about wearing them. She cant see much without them.

hold you anytime.

Well for 2 days and hours you choosen, that will be 450 all together.

No. We send out invoice one for children start at the center. You can choose at the
end of each term or we do offer slightly discounting prices if you pay every month?
Oh i do that in. I find easy to budget that way and im not used to the term yet.
