HOW TO ORDER
Print this form or pick up a copy in the ranch office where you can see color swatches (colors may vary slightly from what
is printed.) Fill in the form below with one item per line. Write clearly and double-check your information. All sales are
final. Make checks payable to WRRHC, attach to this form and put it in the Clothing Orders envelope in the WRR
office. DO NOT mail orders to the ranch. If you cant get your order to the ranch by December 1, contact Michelle
Ferrozzo (information at bottom of this page) to make other arrangements. Be sure to include your check with your order.
DO NOT pay with cash! Orders that do not include payment will not be accepted.
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
Sizes. Sizes vary by brand, type of garment and mens/womens/unisex sizes. If you are unsure what size to order
there are samples in the WWR office.
Delivery Date. Orders should be ready by Christmas. We will contact you to let you know when we will be out at the
ranch with everyones clothing.
Silk screening and Embroidery. Clothing is silkscreened and/or embroidered. Read the descriptions for this detail.
Hand washing/air drying extends the life of silk screening.
Logos. Some items come with the logo on the front and back (read the descriptions for details). No combinations of
different logos are allowed (for example, you cant have the Horse Club logo on the back and the JETS logo on the
front). Only JETs members may order items with JETs logos. You may opt to omit any of the logos from any pieces,
but you may not add more. To omit one, simply note that on the order form (the price will remain the same).
Customized Names. You can personalize some items with your horses name, your nickname, or most anything
else you choose. Please remember that your clothing is a reflection on you and the Windy Ridge Ranch. Use good
judgment when choosing your wording. There are two types of customized names (read the descriptions for details
on each item): Embroidered names are in script writing; Lettered names are silkscreened in 2 block capital letters,
white, with no maximum (please be reasonable!).
Sizes. Read the descriptions carefully and check out the samples in the WRR office.

Hooded Heavyweight Canvas Jacket with white embroidered logos: small
on left front and large on back. Optional white embroidered name on right
front. (NOTE: these jackets will shrink if put in the dryer.)
Heavyweight 12 oz. cotton canvas shell, with 6 oz. polyfill quilted lining in the
body, and 4 oz. lining in hood and sleeves. Two outer pockets with zippers,
and one inner chest pocket with zipper. Ribbed waist band and cuffs.

an alternative to the jacket above. It is slightly lighter weight and comes
in youth sizes. Made in USA.
10 oz. canvas exterior with 5 oz. quilted lining. Set in sleeves and oversized
fit. Zipper front, inside right pocket, reinforced outside pockets. Knit cuffs and
waistband.
