*Young women workers at Toko, Malaysia &


Mitsumi, Philippines admitted that quality related
practices & lessons at the workplace significantly
affected their home & family life
*Exposure to quality practices at work induced
changes in behavior at home: added capability in
handling money, improved family relations, use of
quality practices/standards in home life.
