equipment, the delivery from factory-to-Port of Manila, the customs
clearance, terminal handling fee, arrastre/wharfage fee, miscellaneous,
and the duties/taxes are included. However, the land freight cost delivery
to specified site and the cost of unloading is not included and will be the
responsibility of the Buyer.
2. Any in-place installation, testing, servicing & commissioning or any
labor related scope not specifically stated is not included in our offer.
3. The prices above were based from the total quantity as offered. If
there are changes in quantity, the prices will be reviewed accordingly.
4. In case of award, and unless agreed with client, ABB General Terms
and Conditions will be the basis of Purchase Order and/or Contract.

Prices:
Prices are valid in PHP, firm and net to you, DDP Manila Port area only,
INCLUSIVE of 12% VAT, as defined in Incoterms 2010. Any accessories or
materials not specifically listed will not be supplied by us. Prices in our quotation are
based upon the scope & quantities of goods and/or services referred in the
attachment.
Terms of Payment:
30% Down payment upon issuance of Purchase Order (P.O.)
70% balance upon delivery

Delivery Time:
Item 1: 20-22 working weeks at DDP Manila Port area only, after drawing
approval
Calculated from receipt by ABB of the following, whichever occurs latest;

this Tender
Customers conforme on ABBs General Terms and Conditions of Sales
30% down payment (if applicable)
Domestic Letter of Credit (if applicable)
The delivery is given in good faith, based on present indications of workshop loading
and must be confirmed when placing an order.
Warranty:
Warranty Period is Twelve (12) months from date of commissioning of the Supplies
or Eighteen (18) months from date of delivery of Supplies Ex-Works whichever first
occurs.
Cancellation Clause:
In case of order cancellation, a minimum charge of 20% of the total contract
amount will be applied from the date of order receipt. The cancellation charge shall
be increased linearly up to 100% of the total contract price one month prior to
scheduled delivery.
Validity:

The above prices are valid only if ordered in whole. We reserve the right to adjust
our prices in case of partial order. This quotation is valid 30 days from the date of
quotation.
Terms and Conditions:
On awarding the contract, it is understood that the customer has read and
conformed to the attached Standard General Terms and Conditions of Sales of ABB
Inc. Where clauses in this Quotation contradict or are not the same with the ABB
Standard General Terms and Conditions of Sales, the clauses in this Quotation shall
prevail. Any deviation in the customer purchase order must be approved by a duly
authorized ABB representative, on ABB official letterhead.
