Beyondtheebbandflowofhistory,thereareotherreasonsto
believethattheEnglishlanguagewilleventuallywanein
influence.
ThereisRegionalization(thetendencytoformdecentralized
regions)andwithitthespreadofregionallanguages.Arabic,
Chinese,Hindi,Spanish
