Acquire Weekly Unilever Requirements
Plan (WURP) to Unilever Planner
Create Weekly Inex Production Plan (WIPP)
Coordinate WIPP to Production Supervisor
and IE (for new projects)
Check availability of Semi-Finished Goods
(SFG) and Packaging Materials
Inform MPO planner of the Stocks level
Order stocks from Material Purchaser
Request Stocks for Pull out and Transfer
Request Stocks/samples for Project
orientation with line leaders
Conduct project orientation
Conduct TMS Validation
Allocate Manpower based on weekly/daily
plan
Inform Line leaders of Weekly/daily
