2. Team Strength- 20 MINS
a. Team with strong base of MEP Revit software which is the leading software
in market at present
b. Team is capable of handling the projects being received from Sharjah like
Villa, Apartments & Office buildings with minimal inputs from Senior
project engineer from Sharjah which enable us to carry out the project
without the requirement of Senior project engineer at BDC.
c. Team is looking forward to work on projects like Health care, Mosque, Malls
etc with technical guidance from Sharjah team seniors.
d. 2 projects can be handled simultaneously with the present team structure
e. We would like to thank our Sharjah team for their technical support in
resolving issues and timely communication using Go-to Meeting
f. All streams (Architectures, mechanical and electrical) work together on
same project and hence exchange all the required information, which
enable us to meet the project deadline
3. Team Drawbacks. 10 MINS
a. Incomplete team structure in both HVAC & FFPH, which need to be filled
on priority
b. To carry out challenging projects, Mechanical team require a senior project
engineer who is well versed in MEP
c. Team is facing issues due to lack of licensed BDSP software, which shall be
solved on priority to meet the project deadlines
