Globalization causes the negative effects

Globalization is a process of interaction and integration among the people,

companies, and governments of different nations, a process driven by international
trade and investment and aided by information technology. This process has effects
on the environment, on culture, on political systems, on economic development and
prosperity, and on human physical well-being in societies around the world.(Neil,
2016) Globalization is an irreversible reality.(Dahl, 2011) It seems to positive
contribution of international market, however, globalization is often regarded as a
double-edged sword (Tverberg, 2013). Therefore, we need to consider on the
negative side of globalization effects.
Firstly, globalization causes that developed countries are controlling the
game of economic globalization.(Cao, 2016) For example, globalization brings
destroy the endemic cultures. It has had a cultural impact on many countries that
have been subject to large-scale immigration. This causes the weakening of specific
cultures and damaging endemic cultures. If this goes further, It harms the
development of local business and brands in same reason. (Cao, 2016) In addition,
developed countries have multi-national corporations and these companies try to
avoid paying taxes. Large multi-national corporations have the ability to exploit tax
havens in other countries to avoid paying taxes. This can often hurt consumers in the
form of higher taxes on consumer products and property.

Secondly, Employment market has changed in negative way. Unemployment

rates rises in developed country because of off-shoring. Matthew Slaughters
discredited finding of several years ago that jobs offshoring by US corporations
increase employment and wages in the US. (Koenig, 2016) The more offshoring they
have, the more unemployment rate in developed country. Because of this problem,
professional careered people leave their country to get a job, and young generation
wants to get a job only from multi-national corporations. For instance, in Korea,
young people focus on second or third-language skills because its really hard to get
a job in their home country.
Lastly, Globalization harms to Humans society. Globalization causes the
environmental pollution problem. Theoretically, resources can be used more
rationally because of increased trade and investment. Globalization helped
accentuate the major environmental damages. Globalization uses up finite resources
more

quickly.

Multi-national

undeveloped country in cheap price. This situation makes the Rich, Richer, the nonrich, poorer It is wonderful for managers, owners and investors, but hell on
workers and nature. (Tverberg, 2013) The competitive nature of this idea puts
people that are already rich, in very successful situations. Poor people who are at
the edge of survival cannot stand up for their rights; they have to fight for daily
survival of their families. (Robert, 2010)
As for the developed countries, globalization brings them more advantages
and profits; the developing and undeveloped countries, instead, are often at risk as
the developed countries control the rules of an increasingly globalized economy.
Thus, economic globalization is often regarded as a double-edged sword.
(Tverberg, 2013) Most of people look on the positive side of globalization but now,

we should be more considerate. We cant stop globalization, however, there are

many things we can do to slow it down, thats why we need to make it slow and more
equitable for everyone.
